The Audit Trail is a chronological record of the response value, question status, any warning messages and overrule reasons, any reasons for change and any attached comments. Whenever any of these items are changed, a record is kept of the date/time of the change and the user name of the user who carried it out. To reconcile different time zones, each time record displays the difference from GMT.
