The Question Information window contains the following tabs:
Question Comments - only displayed when a comment has been attached to the question.
The Coding Audit Trail - only displayed when Clinical Coding is enabled for MACRO.
From an eForm, right click on a question status icon and select View Question Information. The information is displayed in a popup window.
