Multimedia questions are answered by attaching a file. For example, you may be asked to attach a photograph or an x-ray view.
A multimedia question has a paperclip icon in place of an entry field. Click the icon and click Browse to find the file that you want to attach.
Select the file and click Open then click Upload.
The paperclip icon will change and a question status icon will be displayed next to it.
Click the magnifying glass icon.
The file will open in a new window.
Close the window to return to MACRO.
Right click the magnifying glass icon and select Clear from the popup menu.
The file will be removed and the paperclip icon will be reinstated.
Remove the attached file.
Attach a new file.
