To view a list of questions that have been coded:
Select View > Search
Panel or click the Open Search Panel icon
to open
the search panel. General help on using the search panel
Leave Data selected in the drop down list at the top.
Select your search criteria. Within the Clinical Coding section you can choose to:
view thesaurus questions associated with all medical dictionaries, or from a particular dictionary only
view thesaurus questions with a specific coding status
Click the Execute search
button
to display the data in the Data
Browser in the main window. General

The decode and coding status are shown for each coded question in the data browser along with the associated thesaurus name, version and language.
A coded thesaurus question is displayed as orange text in an orange-bordered text box (uncoded questions are displayed as black text in an orange-bordered box). From the eForm, right click the question status icon to the right of the thesaurus question and select Clinical Coding > View Code. The value is displayed in a window.
Thesaurus questions have a special audit trail enabling you to view the coding history.
From the eForm, right click the question status icon to the right of the thesaurus question and select Clinical Coding > View Coding Audit Trail. The Question Properties pod is displayed with the Coding Audit Trail in a tab.
Click OK to close the audit trail.
