To change the coding status of a thesaurus question to 'Validated', you need both the 'Change clinical status' and 'Validate clinical code' permissions
Open the eForm and locate the question. Hovering over a question field will display a tooltip containing the question type. Only thesaurus type questions can be coded.
View the coded response by right clicking the question status icon to the right of the thesaurus question and selecting Clinical Coding > View Code. The value is displayed in a window.
If you accept the response, change the status from the eForm by right clicking the question status icon to the right of the thesaurus question and selecting Clinical Coding > Change Status > Validated.
