For each real subject in the study, you need to create a corresponding subject in MACRO. This subject will have their own schedule and all the information relating to that subject will be entered and stored in it. Whenever you want to add data for that subject, you can select it from a list of existing subjects and open it.
Subjects are identified by the following details:
Study |
The name of the current study in which this subject is taking part. |
Site |
The name of the site at which the data is being collected for this subject. |
Label |
The label for this subject, as defined by the study designer as a means of identification. The label often consists of information derived from questions within the study. This means that the label will only exist when such information has been entered. Until a label exists, a subject is identified by the subject ID which is a numerical identifier automatically generated by MACRO. |
