To lock a question, you need both the 'Lock
at question level' and 'Monitor/review data' permissions
View the question in the Data Browser. How to do this...
Select the question/s to be locked. Use the Ctrl key to select multiple rows.
Right click on the question/s and select Lock Question from the popup menu.
You cannot lock a question if:
it is already locked
another user is editing the subject
you do not have permission to lock data
On an eForm, a locked question is greyed out and
has the lock icon
displayed
next to it.

You cannot make any changes to locked data, or add comments, raise DCRs or create SDVs. You can create notes for locked data.
