Creating a visit

To create a new visit, you need the 'Create visit' permission

  1. Open the schedule by clicking the Visits shortcut button. The schedule will be blank if you have not yet created any visits. See image

  2. Select Insert > Visit.

  3. Enter a code for the new visit. It may have up to 15 letters or numbers, but must begin with a letter. Help on creating codes... There is no distinction between upper and lowercase letters.

  4. Click OK to create the new visit or Cancel to abort.

  5. A new column will be created within the schedule. The first row displays the visit code. The second row displays the visit title, which is initially the same as the code and can be edited as you wish (see 'Editing the visit title', below). The third row is the visit cycles. See example

Repositioning a visit

Visits can be repositioned within the schedule.

Editing the visit title

To edit a visit title, you need the 'Maintain visit' permission

  1. Left-click on the visit title. This is the second row in the visit header.

  2. The text will become editable.

  3. Change the text and click outside of the box to close it.

Repeating visits

It is possible to create repeating visits.
