Users can be locked out of MACRO for two reasons:
A user is locked out if they leave MACRO untouched for longer than the timeout period which is set by the system administrator .
A user is locked out if they enter an incorrect login more times than is permitted by the password policy set by the system administrator.
To return to MACRO, enter your password and click Login. The module you were working on will re-open as it was when MACRO was locked.
You can always see who is logged in by looking at the top right of the screen where the current database, role and ID of the current user is displayed.
