System administrators are users with the following special privileges:
They cannot be locked out of a module, no matter how many failed login attempts.
Their password do not expire.
They can assign system administrator roles to other users.
They can reset other users' details including passwords.
Create a new user or click on an existing user in the tree on the left hand side of the screen to display the user details.
Check the system administrator check box. This check box is only enabled if you are a system administrator.
Click Apply.
