To delete an eForm from a study, you need the 'Delete eForm' permission
To delete an eForm from a study, you need the 'Delete eForm' permission
There are two ways to delete an eForm:
Open the eForm you wish to delete by clicking the eForms shortcut button and selecting the relevant tab.
Select Edit > Delete or right click on the eForm and select Delete eForm from the popup menu.
You will be asked to confirm the deletion. Click Yes to delete the eForm, or No to abort.
Open the Question List by clicking the Questions shortcut button.
Right click on the eForm folder that you wish to delete and select Delete eForm from the popup menu.
You will be asked to confirm the deletion. Click Yes to delete the eForm, or No to abort.
Note: You should not delete an eForm from a study once that study has been opened for subject data entry.
