Event Management module
The optional MACRO Event Management (EM) module allows you to set up certain MACRO events to be monitored. For example, you may wish to be notified by email when an individual question status changes from Missing to OK. When they occur, the events are noted in the MACRO database and picked up by an events monitoring service. In order to make use of this information you also require a 'listener' assembly to handle the events.
The following events can be monitored:
Data status changes eg from Missing to any other status
Freeze/lock status changes eg from Any to Frozen
DCR status eg from Closed to Raised
SDV status eg from None to Planned
When response data is changed
When a new subject is created
You can also create custom events
For each event you must also specify a target. This is the part of the study that will be monitored for change. You can monitor an entire study or specific visits, eForms or questions.
